We believe that God has equipped His church with the ability to minister through believers. As those who are gifted teachers train themselves in the word, the Church has the resources of God with which to address her needs. Berean has been specifically blessed to have a committed counseling staff; each of whom has been certified by the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (N.A.N.C).

All of these men and women have been used by God to encourage and instruct others.
