The purpose for missions at Berean Bible Baptist Church is to labor in the fulfillment of the Great Commission, both nationally and internationally, through the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Individuals within the body at Berean and others outside of the local body are to minister by various means:

2 Corinthians 6:1-2 “And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain - for He says, ‘At the acceptable time I listened to you, and on the day of salvation I helped you.’ Behold, now is ‘the acceptable time’; behold, now is ‘the day of salvation’.”

Missions Emphasis Sunday: Next Sunday, October 9th, (please note date change). During the Sunday School hour beginning at 9:30am two of our young adults, Ms. Gennis Williams and Mr. Stephen Cabanban will share about their Short Term Missions trip they took earlier this year. Then during the Evening Service beginning at 5:30pm (please note time change) the Deaf Choir and a deaf couple Mr. & Mrs. Sheldon & Rachel Burkett along with their interpreter Mrs. Kim Rempel from the K-12 school for the Deaf of Ringgold, GA. Will come and share their music and testimonies. Our missionary Mrs. Lois Dungan cannot be here but a letter from her will share how they are connected with the Christian Deaf Ministries. Berean come out and hear these special missions reports and see the fruit of your support for the Deaf Ministries over these many years.
