YOUTH MINISTRY

It is our desire that the youth of the church mature into faith that is recognizable as their own. We seek to show them their position before God and the need to practice the channels of spiritual discipline through which the Holy Spirit will minister. We emphasize the study and meditation of scripture, prayer, service to others, and participation in the greater life of the church.

Daniel 3:17 "If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire; and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. 18 "But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up."

Youth Sunday School Class

We hope to encourage the youth of the church to grow in grace and develop their commitment to Christ and His church. Our Sunday School classes are doing this by going through the Bible in a four-year period. We also offer activities and functions in conjunction with Youth Fellowship. Please join us every Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. Our Youth Sunday School classes meet in an upstairs classroom behind the choir loft.The class lessons have an evangelistic focus.

Youth Fellowship

Youth Fellowship seeks to promote the living out of Christian commitment in the teenagers of the church. We are a discussion and activity-based group that meets regularly for conversation, encouragement and fun.

Please join us every 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Sunday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.
