Women's Encouragement Ministry

Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Philippians 2:1-4.

 

Our Purpose

The purpose of this ministry is to provide avenues that encourage the spiritual growth and emotional well being of the women of Berean Bible Baptist Church.

 

Committees and Volunteers

The Bereavement Committee ministers after the death of a love one. The Card Committee sends cards of encouragement on anniversaries, birthday's, in case of illness, etc. Hope and Glory ministers to women with unsaved spouses. The Prayer Committee serves by praying for the women of Berean. The Welcome Committee strives to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere to all who enter our church. Volunteers on these committees demonstrate an awesome ability to serve. We meet and plan regularly to create avenues of encouragement. Although, there are various committees and our roles and responsibilities differ, we are committed to encouraging, praying for and serving all of the women in our church.
