Women's Retreat - March

It's a time to get away for the weekend for women ages 18 and up. It is designed to encourage spiritual growth individually and collectively. The weekend is filled with workshops, craf activities, praise and worship, devotion time, free time and a time to be spiritually challenged through the woman of God chosen to speak.

 

Men of Honor - June (Father's Day)

It's a time to honor the men - fathers of Berean. We put together a gift for the men, and we present it to them on Father's Day during service. We acknowledge the gift of a godly father not only to his family but also to the church and the community.

 

Dorcus Days - Jan, Apr, Aug Nov:

Saturday 11:00am - 2:00pm

It's a time on Saturdays from 11:00AM - 2:00PM when women share their gifts and talents with one another. We teach one another how to cook, clean, back, make, design, repair, clean out, organize, dress, and utilize. Bring a sack lunch and just have fun learning and creating together.

 

Come Celebrate Jesus - December

It's a time on the first Friday of December. We gather to celebrate who Jesus is and to give to and reach out to others. We have fun, fellowship, and great food. We collect items and deliver them to a charity or community ministry that reaches out to the community to meet needs.

 

Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer, distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. -Romans 12:12, 13
